  • Copy of your most recent month's bank statements (all pages), checking, savings, money market, certificate of deposit, etc.
  • Fully executed contract
  • Title company contact (name, e-mail address, and phone number)
  • Detailed Renovation Budget along with bids from contractors
  • Certificate of Insurance for the property (6-month policy must be paid in full on or before loan closing)

Business Entity Borrowers Checklist

Details & Requirements

  • Certification of Formation
  • Letter of good standing from the Texas Secretary of State and Certificate of Account Status from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts
  • Organization documents (Partnership Agreement, Operating Agreement, Articles of Incorporation)
  • EIN form from Internal Revenue Service
  • Copy of the Company’s most recent month’s bank statements (all pages), checking, savings, money market, certificate of deposit, etc.
  • Fully executed contract
